Hello, I am Natasha. I have worked in the DSA sector for eleven years,

the last 3 as Head of Operations for Disability Services at eQuality

Solutions.

My role at eQS Disability Services Division sees me meeting remotely

and face-to-face with Amano employees, workers and contractors

across the UK, with Higher Education Providers (universities and

colleges) and other organisations that support students through the

Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) and employees through the

Access to Work (AtW) schemes.

I previously worked for Capita managing Sound Support NMH

provision and the Contact Associates assessment centres before

moving to eQS. During this time, I managed the changes that DSA-

QAG, SLC and DfE brought to the sector giving me an insight into the

sector as a whole and the ability to work with all colleagues with the

same aims, the student having the most positive experience possible,

solving problems and improving outcomes.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, husband, and

teenage boys as well as the dog, Bentley and my cat, enzo.
