At BATA, we believe that every child deserves an inclusive and empowering education, regardless of their disability. For us, assistive technology (AT) is a critical part of that journey and we know that there are many education professionals that wish they could do more to enable children with AT at their school, college or university. That’s why we're thrilled to announce an exciting new initiative that's all about you: #TeachersForAT!

What Is #TeachersForAT?
#TeachersForAT is a dynamic, nationwide initiative created exclusively for teachers, teaching assistants, and all education professionals who share our passion for enhancing access to AT in the classroom. It's your platform to make a difference in the lives of disabled students of all ages and promote an inclusive learning environment. The #TeachersForAT platform is hosted by the SEND Network.
The SEND Network is a free-to-join trusted community for SEND practitioners to share best practice, stay up to date with latest sector updates and connect with one another. The SEND Network hosts a bank of resources covering the four broad areas of need, discussion spaces for professionals to connect and collaborate, seminars from leading sector events, and more.
