Meet our Members

We believe in affordable, appropriate and available AT for every child and adult.

BATA brings its members and partners together to make sure that the UK makes progress for disabled and older people, the AT industry and other professions related to the sector.

No one should be without the technology and services they need to participate in every day life and to maintain independence. Together, we make a difference.

We care about more than technology - it’s about people too.

BATA works to destigmatise and raise awareness of assistive technology. That involves talking about tech - but that’s not the whole story.

We know that AT is only as useful as the support services and communities that are available to support disabled and older people - family, friends, carers and support workers such as allied health professionals, teachers, trainers and social workers.
