Diversity and Ability

We are a multi-award-winning social enterprise led by and for disabled people. We deliver intersectional disability equity and inclusion through training and consultancy. At D&A, 79% of our team self-identifies as disabled and/or neurodiverse, and we firmly believe that lived experience brings strength and value to our society. Our approach focuses on solutions that drive inclusion through various means, including our social justice initiatives that contribute to societal change and influence policy and legislation. We are creating spaces where difference is welcomed and anticipated, and diversity is celebrated. Since our inception in 2011, our incredible organisation has provided support to over 100,000 disabled and neurodiverse individuals.
