As Communications Co-Ordinator, Jade's primary responsibility at BATA is to ensure the harmonisation of internal and external communications, delivering consistently effective and impactful messaging and understanding of BATA across all platforms. Jade also creates BATA's social media content that speaks to a wide-ranging audience of people with disabilities and those who support and advocate for them.

With a focus on copywriting and freelance reporting, Jade is well positioned to act as coordinator for BATA's communication strategy. She also has an extensive background in Marketing and Communications in previous tactical roles, and almost eight years working directly in the assistive technology industry, helping to develop a greater awareness of the needs, challenges, and expectations of all stakeholders.
